Mitchell Hicken

Mitchell Hicken is the company owner who lives with his wife to be, Connie, in Great Wyrley, Staffordshire. At the age of 16 he began his working career by joining the British Army in The Staffords Infantry regiment, completing 6 years of service throughout the world, including two operational tours of Iraq.

Using a resettlement package from the Army with an interest in trees and working at height, he started his career in tree work. Starting as a basic climber, progressing over the last 8 years and becoming a Tree Consultant, Training Instructor and a City & Guilds NPTC Assessor.

Mitch applies his professional, punctual, friendly approach to all areas of his work from tree surgery, training, consultancy and assessments, you will get the service you require.


Matt Hill

Upon completing an 8 year service in the Staffordshire/Mercian regiment of the British Army and serving in many locations around the world, most recently Afghanistan, Matt decided to make the move into arboriculture.

Covering a variety of roles from lead climber, team leader, utility surveyor and operations manager, Matt is happy to take on all aspects of tree surgery. Matt is near the end of completing a Diploma in Arboriculture.
